- You must create a Bali Local Stays account with a valid email address and accurate personal information.
- Only registered members can make bookings and access full platform features.
3. Booking Process
- Browse listings and select your preferred accommodation. Carefully review the listing details, including amenities, house rules, cancellation policy, and any additional fees (such as cleaning or security deposits) set by the host.
- Submit your booking request through the Bali Local Stays website. By booking, you agree to the host’s specific terms as outlined in their listing.
- Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive payment instructions to pay the host directly via Xendit, a secure payment gateway. Bali Local Stays does not handle or hold guest payments; all funds are transferred directly to the host’s account.

4. Payment Requirements
- Full payment is typically required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified by the host.
- Ensure you complete payment within the timeframe specified by the host to secure your reservation.
- All payments are processed securely through Xendit. Bali Local Stays never charges booking fees or commissions to guests or hosts.
5. Communication and Due Diligence
- Communicate directly with your host through the Bali Local Stays messaging system for any questions or special requests.
- It is your responsibility to review all listing details and host policies before booking. Bali Local Stays provides tools and information to assist in your decision, but the final responsibility lies with the guest.
6. Compliance and Conduct
- Guests must comply with all house rules, local laws, and regulations during their stay.
- Any disputes or modifications to the booking are to be resolved directly between the guest and the host. Bali Local Stays is not a party to rental agreements or disputes.
7. Privacy and Security
- Your personal data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Only necessary information is shared with hosts to facilitate your booking.
- Never share sensitive information or make payments outside the Bali Local Stays platform and Xendit payment system for your own security.
